Da Mhile is an organic distillery based on their family farm in Ceredigion, West Wales. They make a range of spirits that are inspired by their surroundings and environmental ethos and are testament to Welsh craftsmanship that puts their passion for quality and flavour at the heart of every bottle. 10 years after establishing Caws Teifi Cheese, they spotted a gap in the market for organic whisky. Since then they have not only continued making whisky but also other organic spirits, from Dark Skies Rum to Seaweed Gin, all inspired by our history and surroundings.

Their tastings are held at a beautiful 17th century gallery. There is a introduction about the farm followed by the tasting of four Gins, Rum and cheeses from Caws Teifi.
Minimum 2 people per booking.
Tastings run Monday-Friday at midday, 1pm, 2pm and 3pm (excluding bank holidays).
