No, your offer entitles you to one experience from the two choices detailed in your brochure and accompanying website.

Two Night Staycation

How do I book my Two Night Staycation?

  • Pick a few suitable venue options

  • Call our friendly Reservations Team on 01565 831 816 and quote the Unique Booking Code on your gift certificate or letter, along with details on when you need to book your stay by. Lines are open Monday to Friday 9am - 5.00pm, excluding bank holidays. Call charges may vary and calls may be recorded and monitored.

  • Pick a few suitable date options.You can book 1 to 14 days prior to the date of your stay.

Do I have to purchase meals or beverages?

No, you can stay at your chosen hotel completely free of charge, for two consecutive nights on a bed & breakfast basis, however, you can purchase evening meals and beverages if you would like to. You just need to pay the hotel directly for these additional extras.

Can I choose whichever hotel I like?

Yes, the choice is completely yours, providing the hotel is featured in the promotion. Subject to availability. Featured venues are subject to change.

What does my offer entitle me too?

This offer allows two adults to enjoy two consecutive nights away, in a participating venue, in a standard double or twin room, on a bed and breakfast basis free of charge.

How long is the offer valid for?

The date you need to book and take your stay by, can be found on your covering letter.

What facilities do the hotels have to offer?

All hotels in the promotion have a symbol guide, which will show you what facilities they provide.

I've received a brochure containing a list of hotels - are there more hotels available?

Yes, the brochure only features a small selection of participating hotels available. The website details the full selection available at that time. It is always beneficial to go through the website as we are constantly adding new hotels. Featured venues in the brochure are subject to change.

Can I arrange to have an upgraded room?

Of course, we offer information on room upgrades for most of our featured venues, so that you have the option to make your stay extra special if you choose to. If you want to find out more information about room upgrades available, feel free to ask the Central Reservations Team at the time of booking.

Can we bring our children?

We can certainly look into accommodating additional guests at our participating venues. The offer entitles you to a standard double or twin room for two adults, for two consecutive nights including breakfast, so you will be required to upgrade your room to a Family Room type. Prices for a Family Room will vary at each venue and additional charges will apply. You just need to pay the hotel directly for these additional charges.

Can I contact the hotel and book directly with them?

No, all booking enquiries are to be made through our Central Reservations Team, any bookings made directly with the hotel will not be honoured.

Do all venues have disabled access?

Whilst every venue will be happy to accommodate any specific, personal requirements; not all venues will be equipped with ramp access or lift access. Please let our Central Reservations Team know of any requirements that we need to make the venue aware of.

Can I change my mind after I have made a booking?

Once you have chosen and booked your experience, we cannot make any changes or cancellations. If you choose to cancel your booking your Unique Booking Code will become void and no monies will be refunded.

Family Adventure

How do I book my Family Adventure?

  • Pick a few suitable venue options, packages offered are based on 2 adults and 2 children.

  • Pick a few suitable date options. You can book up to 28 days prior to the date of your Family Adventure.

  • Call our friendly Reservations Team on 01565 831 816 and quote the UniqueBooking Code on your Gift certificate or letter, along with details on when you need to book your Family Adventure.

Lines are open Monday to Friday 9am - 5.00pm, excluding bank holidays. Call charges may vary and calls may be recorded and monitored.

Can I choose whichever Family Adventure I like?

Yes, the choice is completely yours, providing the Family Adventure is featured in the promotion. Subject to availability and venue terms and conditions, which may include age, health, weight, height, fitness and ability restrictions. Featured venues are subject to change.

What does my offer entitle me too?

This offer entitles you to enjoy a Family Adventure at a participating venue, based on a maximum family of 4; 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children. Should your requirements differ from this standard offering, please notify our Reservations Department at time of booking.

Yes, the brochure only features a small selection of participating Adventure venues available. The venues detailed on this website are the full selection currently available. However, it is always beneficial to keep checking our site, as we are constantly adding new venues. Featured venues in the brochure are subject to change.

Can I contact the venue/attraction and book directly with them?

No, all booking enquiries are to be made through our Central Reservations Team, any bookings made directly with the venue/attractionl will not be honoured.
